Police Seek Wanted Offender

A federal offender, police tell us is known to frequent Thunder Bay, is wanted on a Canada wide warrant.

Police report that 65 year old Douglas Archer is wanted for breach of parole.

He is currently serving an eight year term for various mischief and arson related offences.  (Photo supplied)

(TORONTO, ON) - The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public's assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of parole.  

Douglas ARCHER is a 65 year old Caucasian male, 173cm (5'8"), 109 kg (241 LBS) with white/blond hair, grey beard and blue eyes.    

He is serving an eight (8) year, six (6) month sentence for Mischief to Property X2, Arson with Disregard for Human Life, Arson Cause Damage to Property X10, Attempt to Commit Arson, Criminal Harassment, Possession of Incendiary Material and Mischief Under $5000 X2.  

The offender is known to frequent Kingston, Thunder Bay and Oxford County.
